Learning English has been a requirement for Taiwanese.  Because of globalization, English has become a chip for children to compete with others down the road.  Therefore, the age of learning English is rapidly lowering down--parents want their children to learn it as younger as possible.

　　Children have a long way to go from learning English to acquire it.  In addition to outer environment, learning English from early childhood is a method for children to familiarize English.  That's the reason why so many kingdergarten have English courses.
